Candis Freeman is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed General Civil and Family Mediator. With a client-centered approach, Ms. Freeman is dedicated to helping individuals and families reach fair, practical, and effective agreements through the mediation process.

At Freeman Mediation, LLC. we guide clients in developing mutually beneficial solutions tailored to their unique circumstances. We specialize in family mediation, including assisting parents in creating effective parenting plans that support healthy co-parenting relationships. This process includes addressing important matters such as child support, parenting time, and key decision-making for the well-being of children.

What sets Freeman Mediation apart is Ms. Freeman’s extensive background and professional experience. With over 20 years working with children and families, along with a strong background in executive leadership, she brings a well-rounded, compassionate, and solutions-focused perspective to the mediation process. 

Ms. Freeman also serves as a court-appointed mediator for the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and Shelby County Juvenile Court. Her professional expertise, combined with her commitment to fairness and effective communication, ensures a mediation experience that is both supportive and results driven.
